# Auto-Compound Vaults🛠

When it comes to auto-compounding vaults, think of them as smart farms, where you don’t need to go through the hassle of harvesting rewards, selling half, adding liquidity and re-staking those LP tokens.

Our vaults were developed using different strategies in order to give you the best APRs possible. You can choose how much APR you want to have, depending on how much commitment towards Parrot DeFi system you have. The more you have, the **higher the APR**.

**The APR we offer in the auto-compound strategies is always higher than a simple auto-compound and it doesn't depend on our token value.**
